i was studying with jehovah's witnesses during my college years.
i found that they somehow was able to make me understand many of the meanings from the bible that i had never understood before.
i had a clearer sight of what it was to walk as a christian.

well when thursday morning arrived and we were told the news that the brooklyn picketing had been cancelled, we were upset and disappointed, but we decided to go on with a plan "b".
amanda,evelyn,sybil,and i decided to ride up to walkill ny and visit the watchtower farms and also patterson.
we drove up to walkill first and i must say that the size of this complex was enormous, and reminded me so much of a prison complex, they even had their own water tower.
i googled looking for photos of patterson.. found this ....someones vacation pics of the place

yes, but this is a class system established by the true God, Jehovah. It is not that any of them are better, there are degrees of responsibility. even the angels have different duties. and we do not approach anyone with a special responsibility in a subjugated manor. we do not address them by a title or kiss their hands.

insinuated that there was a parallel between the number of years relating to Noah and the flood and the number of years in this system from 1914. ; Therefore, add 120 to 1914 and you get 2034 as a hinted date for the big A. ; ; They worded it very carefully though.
it could possibly be a seed they planted for if armageddon doesn't come within 20 years, they can point out that they already laid a foundation for the date so far in advance.

oprah winfrey recently launched a highly-publicized anti-pedophile campaign, offering large amount of her own money as reward in the apprehension and prosecution of child molesters.. it would seem to makle a lot of sense if silentlambs would reach out to her and fill her in on the situation as it pertains to jws, their ``two witness" policy and their unwilingness to than any more than the states minimally require..

some time ago our kh became to small for 3 congregations so money was raised to find land to build a new kh to acommodate all of us.
the money raised from the jw members and the sale of the old kh would pay for what was needed.
well, the brothers searched and searched and couldn't find land anywhere so they claimed.

i don't think it is quite apostate, but its affect on the average dub in this, the year 2005 will be so much less significant then in '88 when it came out. besides there is so much more meat in the old testament prophets such as daniel and isaiah! (lucky coincidence that both books came out over ten years after, and contain much newer light)
